York Acquisitions has applied to the City of Kennesaw to construct a 352 bed Student Housing project at 1320 Lockhart Drive Kennesaw (corner of Ben King/McCollum Pkwy, Big Shanty, Lockhart Drive). These multi 3 story buildings will occupy the land presently occupyed by SiteOne landscape supply.

We ask the Kennesaw City Council & Mayor to DENY this project ! The location of this project violates the Kennesaw Purpose Built Student Housing Ordinance and is detrimental to the adjacent residential family neighborhoods
