The use of toxic chemical dispersants is a MASSIVE crime with global consequences and must be banned! There ARE true, superEFFECTIVE, non-toxic, inexpensive alternatives readily available to handle oil spills and hazardous waste! Get these alternatives FULLY approved and implemented once and for all!!!!!

This is not the solution to the oil vena up at the expense of the vulnerable marine life . Why repeat what is already known to be very harmful. I vote absolutely no.

Survey to find a safer alternative to toxic chemicals. The Gulf oil spill should be enough of a lesson. Marine life in that area has been generationally altered by use of toxic chemicals to clean the water. They do the opposite - destroy rather than preserve life.
