The buildings being added on to the premesis were not consented for by the residents of West Creek Farms, and were started without our knowledge too. The area is being over developed and will soon exhibit the signs and symptoms of increased crime and pollution from overcrowding. Construction companies are being driven by their greed to put up living spaces in every crack and crevice possible for an easy payday and the rest of the residents living here will have to pay for it. Not to mention that the infrastructure will be overstretched and under managed, will will cause second and third order effects that harm the economy and general peace of the community.

No new homes or apartment complexes until Tiny town, Trenton, Wilma Rudolph and Peachers Mill get sidewalks and safe, signaled and protected crosswalks. You can't just keep adding more housing without contributing at all to infrastructure.

This can’t happen! If I knew apartments were going to be built I would’ve never moved to this neighborhood. Our home values will go down. And if they open the gate/so-called second entrance I fear for my children, The main reason that we chose West Creek Farms as our forever home was the convenience and safety of our children walking to school.

By building these apartments in our entrance will cause accidents, the value of our homes to go down, and etc.

This will cause all kinds of issues with our housing division! Robbing, break ins. Not to mention the traffic

Why are we trying to overcrowd an already crowded area? Certainly there could be a better area suited for these apartments. We also need a legitimate 2nd entrance (not the school gate).

Please do not build an apartment complex at the entrance of West Creek Farms. We just purchased our home and fear the value will decrease significantly.

As a parent of young children where traffic is already a concern on Henry Place adding an apartment complex where it is currently being constructed would considerably add to the traffic congestion on an already overloaded ingress/egress.

Don not build these apartment please. Home values will go down, safety will go down, school will fill up even more. Also if you do build, you need to think of separate entrance. HOA pays monthly to maintain the gate, the landscaping, and front entrance. Which has already been ruined by starting construction.

Please reconsider building apartments here. Our schools cannot handle a complex going up, and our roads are not capable of properly handling the traffic. It poses a huge hazard to only have one exit with so many extra people. Please stop overcrowding our neighborhood and bringing down our home and school values.

The apartments would take away the curb appeal that wcf has in the entrance. It will also cause more traffic and more accidents. Please stop the building. Keep the fencing that we have. Utilize that space as a park for our community!

Why do you insist on doing actions around this neighbourhood that will cause our homes to depreciate, endanger our children by increasing traffic, and degrade the West Creek education system

Please reconsider the decision to use West Creek Farms road as an entrance it would cause major congestion and possible accidents. Plus having only one exit for so many houses poses a safety hazard for emergency.
