I would like to add the important point that Ms. Gawad is providing an extremely poor example for your students. Do you think that if you don’t agree with someone, you should not stand on a stage with them? Is that the American way? I’d think that since Ms. Gawad obviously feels that she has the right to her own opinions, then she should allow others their opinions, as well. It’s called respect. That’s what you want to teach the students.

She should be removed from her position

As an educator this behavior is outrageous, unprofessional and rude.
