Animal cruelty is a massive problem which includes horse whipping, puppy farming, torturing or beating an animal, confining an animal that is inappropriate for it’s welfare, killing an animal in an inhumane manner, not giving an animal appropriate food and water, failing to provide medical assistance, etc. This is a disturbing matter and should be stopped immediately. Needs to be way tougher laws for these people. Straight to jail if they hurt an animal. Ridiculous that this still happens today.
