Not too long ago, all fifty states finally made animal cruelty a felony. How was this a recent occurrence? This earth is not for humans, They are a tiny sliver of all the species on this earth and yet they are destroying it so rapidly. This breaks my heart and I wish these stories of animal abuse were all fake but they are not. Animals, no matter what kind do not deserve pain and abuse, emotionally or physically. It makes me sick that humans think they are superior to other animals. Has any other creature on the planet started war, been involved in mass shootings, ruined the atmosphere and planet? No, just humans. The sentencing should be the same as it is for a child murderer. I do not know about you, but my pets are my babies, they are my children, and I love them more than anything else, they have never hurt me, they have never made me feel unloved. It is time that we give the animals the justice that they deserve.

I've been following Nino's story on IG and it breaks my heart that people are disgusting enough to hurt an innocent cat. I want him to get better so he can enjoy his bath drinks and olives-- and for the person who did this to be severely punished.
