We all need to take a stand and let those that abuse animals. We need to get it took more seriously in the eyes of law to stop those who abuse and abandon animals are never allowed to be able to get any other living creature. They should get a punishment worthy as if they have done this to another person. Animals are just a smarter kind of species that deserves every right as us to live on this earth. Animals still have feelings and are emotionally effected by abuse and abandonment!
