Whilst it is the individuals choice to partake in the use of illegal substances the local residents, traders and school children do not wish to support a shop that supplies equipment that promotes illegal activity or the use of "legal highs." There is a significant enough drug problem in the area without a shop that will facilitate the decline even further. If adults wish to obtain these items they can do so easily. We believe that this establishment will make it easier for the underage to obtain these items as there will always be an older friend who is prepared to enter and make the purchase. The Anerley Regeneration Project are hard at work trying to revitalise this area and we feel that this establishmemt will simply contribute to a decline in the area. We are also a conservation zone and do not feel that the promotion illegal drug taking is inkeeping with this. Please sign our petition and support your community;
