I have spent the last few days drafting a formal letter to the Governor's office outlining the public health risks of these patient transfers. My next step involves coordinating with local county health officials to ensure this data reaches the desk of every legislator involved in the decision.

I understand downstate is struggling through this tough time. But transferring patients will do nothing but cause more contamination and risk more lives.
This cannot happen then it will be them over our people up here plus the spread is slowing down up here if Cuomo sends patients up here the spread will get worse!
Please stop from bringing corona and covid-19 patients to our upstate hospitals. This will just expose the rest if the state to the virus!!!
Quarantine NYC! Don’t bring it here. We choose to live upstate because we don’t want to be apart of the city. Especially in times like these.
Please don't try to fix this by spreading infection. The city folks traveling here will not be beneficial
Cuomo makes me ashamed of NY. Period.

Keep then down where they live we have never been good enough upstate for them before why are we now
