Given the current statistics on elephant population declines, an elephant is killed every 15 minutes. At this rate elephants are expected to be extinct in 10-11 years. Trophy hunting is contributing to this slaughter.

this is so sad, heartbreaking, and extremely disturbing on so many levels. The only word that comes to mind is evil. Only people with no heart or soul can be proud of this violence. These animals are so magnificent and humans like this violent humanity, and animal rights. Heartbroken!

Killing is killing. We have no right to end a life for fun. We have no right to end a life with cruelty and terror for the animal. We have no right to cut the animal into pieces and hang them on our walls. We have to search our souls for the compassion and honour that we should afford these sentient beings. We have to search our souls for integrity and respect.
