Aliexpress is like a bad joke!! I placed an order that the seller said he'd shipped through aliexpress’s in-house logistics, which claims the item was delivered to me. Except it wasn’t. Despite their “buyer protection” they won’t refund the order because I can’t “PROVE” that I didn’t receive it.

I ordered a phone from AliExpress recently, it was DOA. I contacted them immediately, but they refused to replace, refund or even honour their one year warranty which I'd paid for. Had to get the phone repaired. Their arbitration is a joke and their customer service, what customer service! I will never never buy from them and have deleted their app.

I had a terrible first experience, which was bad enough to stop me from buying on aliexpress ever again. I paid 230 dollars for supposedly top-of-the-range earphones, but received unusable junk. The customer service proved helpless, and no buyer protection. I am spending a few hours leaving reviews on various websites to warn others, and that’s the least I can do to help them save time and money.

My first (and last) business venture on Aliexpress was an unfortunate one. They took USD224.00 from me and sent me unsalable trash. Shame on you thieves!

I ordered a twenty bracelets for re-selling, and receid ten pairs of earrings! I opened a dispiute and attached copy of the screenshot for my order, but to no avail. The unfortunate experience cost me about $165.

I ordered about 20 items (from different shops on AliExpress ), but only 4 of them arrived! I received no refund, despite opening a dispute. I have never experienced such a scam website before. How are they allowed to operate? Never buy from AliExpress – they are a massive fraud.

Aliexpress is MAJOR FRAUD! I bought about USD 650 worth of LCDs through the Chinese thieves, all of which were either faulty or of poor quality. I lodged a complaint which came to nothing. I'm left with a pile of unusable junk and 650 dollars out of pocket.

DEFINITELY A SCAM!! I lost $90 for a totally wrong and unwanted item. Please don't stop campaigning until their website is closed.

I ordered about $700 worth of product for resale from one of AliExpress vendors. The product arrived, but was of extremely poor quality. I contacted the vendor and expressed my concerns. They said I would get a full refund if I returned the product in unused condition, which I did. That was over eight months ago, and I still have not received my money.
