I am so upset and hurt!! I just don't understand how a bill jumps from $145 to $445 in 30 days. 4 high bill extensions a year but you can't even get that if you don't have 75% of the bill right then!! We need and deserve answers.

Albany utility is too high they don’t even read your meter and the light bill should be lowered the garbage truck runs once a week and it is too high also

Somebody need to help us cause I pay and extra $45 every month for no reason and the lady said it’s because of my billing cycle I get my money on the first of the month and my bill cum out on the 12th or 13th of the month so I’m always a month behind smh

They are WAY TOO HIGH...I live in a small trailer and my bill went from 230 to 394 in ONE MONTH and half the time I wasn’t even at home
