It doesn't make no sense that light bill be so high and they over charge you and they turned off my lights4 time in one month month and they found out it was they mistake they don't give you your money back they put on your next bills someone need to put a stop to them with these over priced bils

My utility bill has become outrageous over the pass couple of years. My light bill use to 2 nor more than 300 dollars with my children living in the home. Now that my children have grown up and moved on. My light bill has been from 418 to 589 per month.

If you work a minimum wage job, it's so hard to even live after paying your light bill. It's ridiculous also that they don't work with you on anything.

My light bill shot straight up from 330-380 to 538-619!!!! I was FLOORED!!! That one bill keeping me from taking care of other necessary bills! I have to pinch here and there to make ends meet! I thought it was just me and the neighborhood I lived in but, I talked to another co-worker that’s purchasing her home in a much better neighborhood, and her bill is $1 less than mine...618!!!! What is REALLY going on? I’m sure WG&L will come up with some crap to try and smooth it over!!! This is INSANE!!!

All Residents in Alba should have a choice of what electrical company they would like...besides this being only option....
