I agree with this , because it dont make any sense how our bills keep going up like this. We barely use anything, so I don’t understand how my bill keep being higher & higher every month. Its really sad.

Water gas and light overcharged me for two months, I caught it on the third month. It took two trips in order for them to apply my credit back. Then the next month they figured out a way to make my bill higher again to take back the money they gave me credit on. I really wished I didn’t have utilities with them
