WG&L (Albany utilities) needs some form of competition in the city because these prices are ridiculous. My light bill jumped up to $200 and nothing had changed in a months time in my house. They keep going up with every bill. And one more thing, how can you charge someone based on what they used last year?

I live in Panama City Fl & my Mother lives in Albany . I have to give her 300 every month for her bills.This is out of control

I stay alone and I keep my filter changed, and keep it on auto @79 and my lightbill is over 400 dollars, how did it go from being 200 to over 400 and I'm doing the samething

My bill should never be as high as it has been!!! My SF isn’t even 1000 square feet!! No one is home during the day. Air stays on 78 when I’m not home!

I don't understand how my light bill when from $179 to $540. Only when there's only 2 people living in the home. Plus I'm a school bus driver who leaves home at 5:10 a.m. My son leaves with me and comes home with me. We don't get home until also 6 every week day. But people in Double Gate run between $150-$250 for the big home. I stay in an apartment.

I have 4 kids and I dont get paid a lot. 2 incomes still dont make it easier
