My bill is over $325 and it is just me and my dog. I don't use the stove. Only the microwave. Only 1 load of dishes a week probably in dishwasher. 2 loads of laundry a week. And I keep thermostat set on 76 or 77 at all times.

Albany utilities has robbed me for years. Times I wasn't staying home my bill was still $500+ my children has went without for a lot of things because i struggle with this company and their rates every month. Yes I work and I am a tax payer but Albany utilities makes it even harder to live in east Albany the way they charge us and keeps going up!

My light bill have never been over 300 an now I get a light bill for over 350$ never been near 25 it’s only me in my home an a dog an I’m gone almost half of the hole day I can’t use this much electricity in one month

They have fake bills that don’t even match your meter, they are raping the poor community but most of all they are the rudest I have ever seen. They have no programs to help with bill payment. The minority’s areas are hit harder. We need a class action
