They are too high. I barely be home and have a $200 to $300 light bill. Ridiculous. Hope y'all find a solution soon.

I know an 18 yr old on her own in apt working and going to college. Wg&l bill 3 and 4 hundred dollars for small apt. Ridiculous!

As a single parent of two, it is disheartening to see such astronomical charges for a two bed room apartment, while trying to maintain a comfortable and healthy quality of life. My son is on the autism spectrum and my daughter has severe asthma, the use of utilities typically never changes for our household to keep a stable routine for the sake of their mental and emotional wellbeing. However the company seemingly places whatever rate of usage for each month that they desire and it is extremely difficult to accept that my bill is over $200 every month and I work six days out the week and my children attend school and afterschool camp from 7 AM to 7 PM, it is quite alarming to consider a community based company would ascribe to such inequitable tactics.

How can a single mother or father take care of their children if they only make minimum wage and the water bill is 400$ to 800$ no one can survive with this amount of bill a month to pay specially with only one income

They really need to be put out of business bc their price and metors are set up to throw ppl out on the streets and have bad credit along w a high bill making them rich ! How the heck your light bill higher than all the bills in the house!!!!!!

Water, Gas. , & Light has to be stopped ! The prices are ridiculous. It’s almost impossible to make it here with the prices of the light bills , especially If you’re in a one income home ! Action needs to be taken now !

I feel this agency is very inconsiderate, and cold hearted. I feel the meters have been sat up to make you pay more. Some of us barley use electricity and the bull still is high. Customers service barely want to help you with providing extensions and I feel the qualifications for an extension is discrimination.
