APPALACHIAN POWER has been charging security deposits on peoples power bills, I'VE had about eight or more disconnect notices from 2013 to 2014,
I'm on SSI and it takes what I get to pay my bills but they keep putting a security deposit on my bill but it don't matter how much I pay on it it don't com off.
This is uncalled for and mean,Please sign if you have had a complaint with Appalachian power.
