STOP Action: Add additional 28 slip Marina in Seton Channel

Really?? If you have been boating in this channel you know it is already a congested area it would not be safe to add more docks. Please do not let this happen.

Please leave the beautiful bay alone

I've lived on Lake Minnetonka for over 40 yrs. Enough of the slash/burn developers. Keep the wetlands and nature !!!!

In this heavily traveled and congested channel there is absolutely no room for additional slips especially considering the channel is already impeded by the recent dock encroachments by residents (e.g. near the bridge) and that marsh area hasn't the depth to accommodate any boats. Unless the LMCD is willing to grant additional boat slips for residents, they should not be giving away large swaths of slips to commercial entities.

This would just cause more channel blockage and its bad already with people that do not know how to navigate that channel due to the curve or slant. There are many families of Ducks and geese that live in that area also. Gary Blix 3025 Brighton BVD Mound MN 55364

This area is already congested on most weekends. We need the cattails and marsh to help filter the water. There are too many boats on the lake already. Stop!

have you ever lived on seton channel? I'm in my backyard as I work out of my home. 13 years and 37 years in cottage wood. Seton is dangerous and the water patrol arrest record shows this. Just wanted to share with you. I agree the lake needs more options but to never put others in harms way. I towed over 10 people off that marsh which slows traffic when I used to do it. I stopped as it can get a little scary when trying to help. Have a great Wednesday.

I would prefer that this permit and any other marina expansion be denied. To much traffic as it is.

Seaton has way to much traffic as it is, this would put it over the top. The channel is very narrow, these new docks would make navigation dangerous

I live on Black Lake and travel thru that channel often. It is not fit for that large expansion of slips.

Please stop these additional slips - the lake is already crowded enough and the shore is overdeveloped! Thanks
