Overuse will just slow the natural filtering process that is cleaning water from Harrison and West Arm. Too much congestion in channel already.

The value to water quality, aquatic life and waterfowl should be preserved. Dredging and docks and boat slips degrade those qualities. Regard the environment first.

I have lived on this lake my entire life and my mother's family before me. (1938) first house on lake. this would be a shame - truely a shame.......

Adding more dock spaces would create more danger for all concerned. Seton Channel is too congested already.

I'm wondering how this dock proposal for 28 additional dock slips could ever be considered by the LMCD, in this shallow marsh area? CONSERVATION...? This valuable lake space is currently a shallow area that provides a perfect habitat for waterfowl, fish, frogs and more. It is also regularly used by those that enjoy fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Any additional docks would allow more boats to enter and exit from this narrow space. This would definitely impact the SAFETY OF ALL that frequently enjoy this tranquil setting.

Would hate to see the channel become anymore congested. (8 years of boating on lake Minnetonka)

This channel is way to challenging as it is, more slips will be very dangerous. Either more studies need to be completed, or this shouldn't happen.

Sure, you can have the additional 28 slips...if the developers in exchange agree to purchase and forever protect (by deed) from any future development the shoreline of at least 28 Lake Minnetonka properties with at least 50-feet/each that are currently private property. The sky is blue (except in China); developers are greedy. Next!

Bad spot for dock slips. Tight to navigate as it is. People across the channel didn't buy property to look at a large marina.

We live on West Arm and have used the Seton Channel for over 25 years to get to Cooks Bay, passing these docks many times. I have witnessed the decrease in marsh/ bog land and wondered why it had decreased in size. No way should a commercial marina be allowed to expand in this delicate habitat!

We use this channel a lot and it is already too congested. We don't need more boat slips there.
