The level of abuse meted out on this and other suffering sentient elephants is appalling. The torture they endure day after day, broken in body and spirit is unconscionable. These are wild animals that belong in their natural habitats, not exploited by evil people for their own gain.

Please ensure humane and compassionate treatment for this poor, tortured soul. She is in need of veterinary attention and proper nutrition and care. You must do much better and take an active interest in the conditions elephants are kept in - the eyes of the world are watching.

Lasandas mahout changed 6 times in 2 months. Everytime the mahout changed she had to go through extreme torture and pain for the new mahout to make her obey his commands. She has an eye that needs treatment. Please Mr PM help this poor soul

Sri Lanka is waking up to those who are killing our country with their cruelty and greed. So the right thing before you become as infamous as Gnana Akka and tainted by the Rajapakse name!
