This is an outstanding naturally beautiful place and should be preserved for the local families living and working there and for tourists to be able to visit and see Goa as it should be seen. An hotel on this site should NOT be permissible.

Whose given the permission are directly responsible. Goa is a small state we cannot accommodate other non Goans how can they accommodate non Indians. As it is the population is rising.

Not every piece of empty land needs to be built upon. we dont need any more 5 star hotels and the high flying crap that comes with it!!!! it's high time investors stopped investing in land and invested in preserving our nature.. but hey that doesn't pay!

I think the person buying the village , if they want to stay there need to go talk to the locals, find out how they can all live together and help eachother , this is an opening to good potentiel, good luck all that are involved, remeber we are all from the same planet therfore all the same family and the earth dose not beloge to any of us really, we borow it from the future generations, with respect mark.

This would be a tragedy if this goes forward. This exudes greed and all that is grotesque and alienating in a seemingly disconnected world. This guy's plans show a lack of understanding and care of our fellow human being. Keep Colomb beautiful and magic. Stop any yucky hotel development. Big thumbs down!
