Stop A day B schedule from coming to Alamance County

I personally have experienced the A day B day schedule at my old school. The scheduling that we have already is much better. With A day B day you have to worry about more classes at once and there is much more information to put intro your brain at once. At the end of the year you have to take twice as many exams as the majority of the students in this county are used to. This will add much stress on the students. This doesn’t just affect the students, it will affect the teachers. They will have more classes in one semester than they are used to, thus adding more stress onto their planning and grading time. Some teachers in the arts department who have concerts will have to completely change it. For example, in dance they normally have a winter and spring concert. Having 4 classes makes the concert short and easier money and time wise. Adding twice as many dancers will make the concert twice as long and take money out of the dance department budget that they do not have.

This is stupid. Theyre already forcing kids to change their schedule so they cant graduate early. The kids get no say in their future as ot is at Eastern.

8 classes in a week would be disastrous. Homework would be overwhelming how can any extra curricular activities thrive when students are stuck working on assignments.

This schedule is going to probably affect students that we’re going to double up
