Stop Private Jet Expansion at Hanscom or Anywhere

Please consider the long term effects of expansion.

My two acres of open land experiences daily over flights of helicopters and jets

A healthy land and air depends on disallowing more private jet flights to use our Hanscom base for landing and taking off.

Don't be stupid! Expand Private Jets at Hanscom? Please be SENSIBLE!

Please stop this expansion. Thank you.

Please protect the precious conservation lands in the Concord-Lincoln area that will be directly impacted by expansion and/or increased use of Hanscom by private aircraft.

Thank you Governor for caring for the environment by opposing this development. We need the trees, the clean air, and all the beings that live and depend on them.

Dear Governor Healey, Please use your power to help stop this destructive addition to greenhouse gas emissions that are enhancing climate change. Just as there has been smart, clear and active progress in changing and encouraging our autos and trucks to use clean energy sources, so should there be insightful and brave leadership to encourage changes to air transportation to mitigate and tax unnecessary use, and to incentivize the development and use of clean alternative energy sources within air travel.

Making private jet travel EASIER is a ridiculous goal to be pursuing in these challenging times of income inequality and accelerating climate change. DO THE RIGHT THING.

Do not need private jet access

I'm now living in Canada but still have an American citizenship. Thoreau and Walden still form a major part of my life. Do not disturb this symbolic and beautifully refreshing area. PLEASE.

It is imperative to continue to protect Walden Woods and places like it. Please do not allow expansion of private jet capacity at Hanscom Airport.

Walden is emblematic of the best of America, the home of the most important work of literature of our country. Please, leave well enough alone. So much else has been stropped away from us and do not let this, by any means, become one more instance. Please!

It would be ridiculous to expand this airport so close to a national treasure, Walden Pond. We can do better than this!

Please preserve this small piece of natural habitat.

Walden Woods is a treasure for all. Hanscom is for only the wealthy class. Don't pick wealth over the common good. Stop this expansion. Enough is more than enough.

The surrounding communities do not need all the macadam, noise and unnecessary air pollution. And people who can't take a commercial airplane like the rest of us. A really bad idea.

Please protect the area around Walden. It’s important for all generations. We don’t need this airport expansion.
