Governor Healey, Please stop the Hanscom expansion. We need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, not encourage private jet pollution.

Don't let money control the conversation.

How will we educate these jet owners that they are doing the wrong thing by flying everywhere?

If the goal is cutting carbon emissions this expansion is a major mistake. Please rethink it.

This is an unnecessary accommodation.

As a constituent at 30 Valley Rd, Lexington, I would like to note that in addition to CO2 emissions, private jet travel also increases noise pollution, shown to affect human health as well as local habitats for birds, insects, and other wildlife.

Further expansion jet propulsion capacity is entirely unacceptable. Why don't we discuss first how to capture that carbon from the upper atmosphere and who is going to pay for it?

Expanding the private jet availability is irresponsible for global warming reasons, and harmful to the health of all of us who live nearby and suffer from unreasonable exposure to noise, chemicals, and the imbalance in wildlife it also causes. The growth of the private jet industry needs to be stopped now, and these extremely priviledged people need to start doing their share to reduce harm to our planet and community.

Super crazy to permit this, given what we know.

We need to prioritize the health and well being of citizens over the privileges of the wealthy.

Many concerns: 1) Environmental impact 2) Noise pollution 3) Transparency of the local government to sincerely share the possible negative impacts of this project with the local residents.

Please Governor Healey, Stand up for greenhouse gas pollution and noise reduction in our already burdened air as wildfires and other pollution increase! Just say NO!

This is a terrible idea considering climate change!

Did you know that aviation gas (not jet fuel...it's for propeller aircraft) is LEADED? Children in vicintity of airports often have damaging lead levels as a result. Then of course there's the GHG emissions from ALL aircraft hastening climate change. I believe we should be going in the opposite direction.
