Blatant example of Class Warfare. The super rich not giving a #&@! about the rest of us. We are not going to suffer in silence. Take your toy jets somewhere else. We don't want YOUR fumes, noise, lead, carcinogens, CO2, etc.

The jet noise and resulting air pollution are well known health threats that Masdport/Faa are ignoring.

Opposition to the Hanscom expansion isn't about NIMBYism, it's about preventing the uber wealthy, the developers, and the charter operators from benefiting at the expense of our natural resources and our climate future. A project like this shouldn't be in anyone's backyard.
You can't be informed about the planetary destruction from drought, wildfires, floods, mudslides, rising ocean levels, and changes in ocean currents and the jet stream, and still think there's any legitimate reason under the sun to go ahead with the Hanscom expansion.

<< Hanscom Field is already the largest private jetport in New England. The proposal to triple the private jet capacity at Hanscom field will enable tens of thousands more flights per year, with a resultant greenhouse gas emission rate cancelling out the climate benefit of about a quarter of all the solar PV installations in Massachusetts.>>

Massport is in the business of making money, apparently with no oversight by the citizenry or any elected officials. It is not in the business of reducing damage to the planet. That is the job of the governor -- This is why we elected you. Please exercise your position to stop this carbon inflating project. Thank you.

This airfield already causes excessive noise. More fossil fuel emissions are a serious threat to the environment and the planet.

The complete disregard shown by the FAA towards the residents and environment surrounding our nation's airports is an absolute disgrace and should be allowed in a democratic country

The global ecosystem cannot survive with an increase in harmful emissions. Now is the time for decisive action to stop the proposed expansion for allowing and encouraging private jets at Hanscom Field.

Private jet flights in and out of Hanscom Airport would be an environmental tragedy, and the opposite of progress at a time when we need to be curbing our emissions.

Bad project- for the environment and the communities and infrastructure around it. Will worsen the social divide--disruptive/destructive projects are only okay if they're for the very rich.

This is not healthy for the planet or the local community. As neighbors to Hanscom, we accept the inconveniences and even the disruption to our ecosystem for its necessary operations. This project is not for the safety or benefit of any but the very wealthy. Enough already. Don't insist communities change our zoning (even for a good cause) if then you turn around and allow this! I voted for you and respect you - but supporting this would be hypocritical.

The airport expansion will severely impact the quality of life of the residents around the airport because it will increase noise and air pollution of an already stressed area. Please consider halting this project or at least enforce strict measures of noise and air pollution mitigation. Thank you!

This can't be the time to build extra private jet space. Maura, please don't approve this.
