A private plane may be good for one person but it has a huge negative impact on the environment and on a large number of other people on the ground - many of whom are not wealthy enough to afford the luxury of their own private jet.

The expansion of private jets at Hanscom Field would have negative impacts on the local community and the environment. The increased air traffic would lead to more noise pollution and disrupt the peaceful living conditions of nearby residents. Furthermore, the added emissions from the jets would contribute to the already pressing issue of climate change. Instead, we should focus on developing sustainable and eco-friendly transportation options that minimize the harm to the environment and the local community. The expansion of private jets at Hanscom is not a wise choice for the long-term well-being of the planet and its inhabitants.

Air travel has already ramped-up, even before this proposed expansion. Air traffic is not honoring flying between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. Stiffening fines needs implementing ASAP.
