FEBUARY 6TH 2014 UPDATED PETITION
We continue to disagree with the Wisconsin Dells school administration's decision to move the 8th graders to the high school. The decision to move the 8th graders to the high school for the 2013-2014 school year was determined without any advance notice or considered input from enrolled families in the Wisconsin Dells School District.
We firmly believe that all 8th grade classes should be transferred back to Spring Hill Middle School and remain at the middle school beginning with the 2014- 2015 school year!

The feedback from families continues to reinforce how vital it is for middle school students to remain in an age-appropriate environment. We are currently organizing our materials to present a clear case for the return of eighth grade to the Spring Hill Middle School.

This whole thing has been handled so poorly from the start. bring back the 8th grade at spring hill. common sense please.
SO RIDICULOUS. my son is not ready for the high school environment.
The board needs to stop acting like they own the district. Why was this meeting hidden from us? Let the 8th graders be kids.
Spring Hill is where they need to be. The transition is hard enough without forcing them into a high school setting entirely too young.
Why wasnt the community asked about this?? We live here too you know.

Keep them with the middle schoolers where they belong. They are kids not high schoolers. Totally not okay to just spring this on parents.
