I do not support this height development in this area where even other apartment buildings are less than 4 stories. Any building should include underground parking and not rely on the fallacy of public transportation.

Too many cars, many illegal with little law enforcement. Extremely dense mdu’s are too much for a town our size without adequate infrastructure
