Please no more than 3 floors to this development. It is a quality of life issue. More traffic, air pollution etc. do not enhance our city. Please make rents affordable to teachers and others who serve our city. Thanks M. Nieri

Too big for this already congested area, put it next to the businesses that are bringing in all the people.
