Additional traffic of potentially100 cars coming on to the green is an accident waiting to happen!! Already a real problem as a 'rat run ' for traffic to Ibstock and parked cars all along the Green.

With houses being proposed to be built in a position where there is already an issue with traffic - a sign long in position, clearly showing 'oncoming traffic takes priority' because of resident parking & narrow roads - and a rat-run for Ibstock traffic, creating extra stress on which should be a slower road than it proves to be.

Crazy! Over 40 more houses adding potentially another 80 cars leaving and entering The Green which already has traffic chaos daily! And the entrance is proposed on a Blind bend??

I think it's a ridiculous idea, there is far to much traffic coming through our village as it is. We cannot take any more, plus, I moved to this village because it is quiet, we already lost out to the frearson road extention, why would we want any more people/car pollution. Leave our village Alone!!!

That road is dangerous enough. To have access there it insane.
