Schools think 48 hours is enough for quartantine. School board needs to be educated and issue an immediate notice in English and Chinese for those to be isolated for a minimum of 17 days.

For all students and teachers safety,Strongly recommend to isolate students who come back from China for 14 days.

An EA that assists with my son's classroom, recently returned from a trip to China and I'm worried the school has not done enough to screen her and her family.

It’s a crucial that people who were on the flight or who may have been exposed to the virus to be quarantined so as to protect the whole community.

Any school board will have to take this very serious for the well being of everyone.

My children do not deserve to be at risk due to the negligence of the board to ensure safety

We ask the york region board to make a good decision I think the best us monitoring all students that travel to China and stay at home

Please protect our children and family from the virus. Please ask the individuals and family members not to be selfish. On top of that, ask the parents to be honest. If the kids have fever, coughing, or any kind of symptoms, please ask them not to be selfish and let them go to school after taking tynenol. Ask them to be honest.

I think we have to close school for a week at least. Cuz so many students come back from china

We want the authorities to take precautions immediately.

I recommend all students (or their family) who have returned from China need screening to see if they visited Hunan or Wuhan. All students plan to visit above place in near future need registry and 14 days quarantine. Please also send a letter in Chinese and English as some of the parent may not fluent in English.

It is better close down school for one month.

There are many students in the school that either visited China or have family members visited China. They are coming back soon, the kids in school are very volunerable.

For the health of the children, for the health of the community!
