Stop the Potential spreading of the Novel coronavirus in schools of York Region, Ontario

Need to be made aware of both staff and kids who have been in China within the last three weeks as well as kids coming back from China in upcoming months. In order to minimize spread these kids should not be allowed back at school for 17 days. Communication is key so parents can make informed decisions for their children.

Please help to save children affected by virus

I believe students and parents should be allowed to wear medical masks as preventive measure. No questions asked, due to severity and seriousness of this ongoing unresolved issue.

My family and friends are extremely worried as we know if a few families who are currently in China NOW!!!!!!!

Please inform families to avoid travelling to high risk countries and don’t let them send their kids to school upon arrival

Canadian government under estimated the virus since the death no. from China is not accurate. A lot of people die but Chinese government didn’t test & fired the body immediately. That no. are not included in the report everyday.

Please Stop the Potential spreading of the Novel coronavirus!!!

My son has a classmate currently in China and I think it's fair to have her self quarantine for 14 days upon return to keep all kids safe.

Pls York region school district board listen to the parents and take a urgent action. It is really important. No apologies after worst thing happened. Better safe than sorry. Kindly request close the school for couple of weeks and allow them to wear masks. Verify who traveled that country.

Please consider this to keep our children safe and to stop this Coronavirus to spread through our community

For the teachers, students and parents' safety, please cancel or delay all the students from China who will visit the schools in the coming days. Its very dangerous to the public.
