Ten year muting is too excessive, ridiculous and insecure,wizard101 should instead have a ladder for offenses. First offense six months mute, second offense one year mute then the third offense they should give you ten year mute since you refuse to learn your lesson. Wizard101 needs to stop being so strict and unfair to players we're not idiots.
