It's getting ridiculous and out of control! My dogs won't even stay outside very long because of how bad the smell is.

The smell's makes us sick at our stomachs!! My kid's and I all have sinus issues I believe this is from the odors that we suffer daily!! This is cruel and ridiculous
This HAS to be stopped!
Something must be done to alleviate the odors.
