The Dunlap IL park located in the Wynncrest and Stonegate subdivisions, known as StoneWater park, has not received the attention from the Chillicothe Park District we feel it deserves. There has not been any additions or play structures installed, no pier or car parking, and the maintenance during the spring and summer months is terrible. The Chillicothe Park District taxpayers would like a detailed plan with dates outlining the proposed completion of the park. By signing this petition, you are requesting the Chillicothe Park District to provide the public with a detailed outline, with dates, outlining what they have planned for StoneWater park, and how they plan to keep it properly maintained.
