With no Access via a lift or other means I have spent many occasions trying to surmount the access arrangements currently available I am currently 76yrs & access is becoming increasingly difficult With so many stairs & no lift with grandchildren with buggies & in the past suitcases as I am now recovering from cancer & have severe sciatica it is impossible for me to use Stoneleigh Station o

I'm a mum of two young children living on the auriol side and this week had to take my 11 month old to great ormond street hospital. Getting onto the platform with a buggy was very difficult and I had to rely on the kindness of fellow stoneleigh residents to help carry my son in his buggy up and down the stairs. Step free access is much needed as there are many families living here experiencing the same problems.

It is near impossible to get the train from Stoneleigh with my little boy and buggy as there are so many stairs and little other local transport options to get into London.

I support this petition for everyone to have easy access to the station , especially those who are elderly and disabled.

Having personally had to carry buggies up and down the stairs at Stoneleigh station, seen elderly people struggle and thinking of starting a family myself soon step free access would be such a help!

I use the stairs often, a lift is definitely needed for those who can't use the stairs

As a woman of nearly 65 I use the train service regularly but really struggle with the stairs. In this day and age a lift would be a huge benefit for the local community. Thanks

It is very difficult if you have mobility problems to access the platforms at Stoneleigh . Access definitely needs urgently to be improved .

Seems daft that we force disabled users and ones with pushchairs etc to other stations. Especially considering that environmental and social effect
