The steps definitely impact my ability to get out and about with small children with pushchair and certainly puts off people from visiting me if they don't have a car.

old style building its not practical as you got to walk more than 100 steps top to bottom to get the platform. so we must need here a step free access.

How anyone with a buggy or wheel chair without an army or helpers is expected to use the station is beyond me.

My wife and I collect our children from nursery on the other side of the tracks and must cross over the bridge which is dangerous considering the number of steps involved.

Step free access is needed to enable EVERYONE elderly/disabled and anyone with poor mobility ,not to mention mums/dads with prams who struggle to use the station,it will make there journey more pleasurable rather than a chore.

I was so upset to see a lady with a baby in a pushchair and a toddler, she carried the baby and left her on the platform with the toddler whist she went back to get the pushchair. We offered to help but she was already half way down the stairs. So all I could do was stand a watch over the baby. Disabled access is a necessity

Step free access will benefit many local residents, not only those who are unable to use the steps but also parents with young kids in buggies

These steps are so steep, many just can't use the station. Please upgrade the station so it is accessible to all.

It is not good to climb all those steps especially for the elderly and infirm. I see mothers struggling with young children and prams. Even a lady on crutches was really finding it difficult.
