The original design for this land included a handful of townhomes (seen here: https://franklinbrothershomes.com/stone-creek/) and makes no mention of a multi-family home.
Additional traffic from nearly 100 additional homes that were not originally planned for this neighborhood.

NOTICE OF "ON-LINE" PUBLIC MEETING
An ON-LINE public meeting will be held on March 8, 2022 in order to comply with the City of Bend Planning Department land use submittal requirements.
