As a local to Stockport since the closure of bones skatepark the number of yobs and young people grouping together fighting ect has risen dramatically I myself have been assaulted in cases due to me skating maki g me anxious to leave the house

As a person who skates and have skated with Alex, everything he says is true, bones created alot of chance for people to enhance there tricks and make friends and Stockport needs another indoor skate park for all generations currently skating and future generations that would love to skate but without the facilities it becomes harder to do this as weather is a factor in skating one which is taken away by indore skatepark, we need another in Stockport

the former skatepark in stockport "bones" kept me off the streets, which inturn probably saved my life. ontop of that let me meet life long friends i now count on as family. we need skateparks in our communities! freesports for kids teaches, determination and drive aswell as health. GET IT DONE!

The skatepark that was originally in Stockport under the name of Bones/UK Skatepark was a staple of the UK action sports scene.
Aside from it being one of the best skateparks in the UK, having an indoor skatepark in in towns and cities is essential for a location for young and mature action sports participates to practice their sport, and interact with others in the community.
Maintaining a skatepark can be costly and anyone undertaking such a venture should be given all the support they can get!
