You can judge a country by the way it treats its animals

I horrified how pathetic animal rights are in this country, there should be jail sentences of hard labour for animal abuse and lengthy processes to use these peoples crimes out in public for children to learn about so they start to care about animal welfare

I can't believe the principal still has a job, let alone has not paid his fine yet!!!! This is a joke!!

For those who don't know, Lily survived and is very happy in a loving home.

He deserves to get the same treatment. Make him work with those dogs a Mzananda Animal Rescue

The judges court ruling must be actioned and the guilty party should remain locked up until the fine is paid.

How did Mr Makapela become s principal? Is he even qualifies, to me it sounds like this idiot is still very primitive! he should be taken out of his role, BUT then again this is South Africa.... The Justice System is questionable! A life is a life, be it 2,4,6 or eight legs, and no one has the right to play God! I hope someone buried this idiot alive and see how he feels!
