CANNOT BELIEVE HE ONLY HAD TO PAY R3000 AND NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST HIM. SURELY THE SPCA SHOULD HAVE INSISTED ON STRONGER ACTION TO ENSURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN.

Question: is the same principal still in charge at the school? Although it is essential that justice is seen to be done...what about another angle? SPCA, Mdzananda , HET works WITH the school principal under auspicious of the NPA, to implement an education programme for all staff and pupils alike?

It's time that those who hurt animals get proper punishments.

"Not to hurt our humble brethren (the animals) is our first duty to them, but to stop there is not enough. We have a higher mission--to be of service to them whenever they require it... If you have men who will exclude any of [these] creatures from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who will deal likewise with their fellow men." --Saint Francis of Assisi
