THE LAW MUST BE IMPLEMENTED!! HE HAS RECEIVED A RIDICULOUSLY LENIENT SENTENCE FOR THE MOST CRUEL WICKED CRIME! HE SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF HIS JOB AS A PRINCIPLE OF A SCHOOL....WHAT MESAGE IS HE ENDING OUT TO THE CHILDREN HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE DECENT CITIZENS?? AS A LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN I DEMAND THAT THE NPA WHO ARE PAID BY US THE TAXPAYERS, FULFILL THEIR MANDATE AND ENSURE THAT THE COURT RULING IS CARRIED OUT. THIS MAN SHOULD BE IN PRISON BY NOW!!

it's a disgrace to our country and innocent animals that the laws to animal cruelty are so lenient or nothing happens at all. It is time to up the punishment and to enforce them. Our country is overwhelmed with cruelty, abuse, rape etc. if animals are disrespected so shockingly, how is the crime towards humans going to be controlled.

This kind of crime is all too common here. People who abuse animals this way should be removed a) from their jobs and b) from society, as animal abusers often go on to abuse innocent children or helpless old persons. He MUST be charged and punished. End of.

Bastard! I hope he rots in hell for all eternity. He should certainly be relieved of his duties as he is educating children to become inhumane sociopaths, if he thinks this is acceptable behaviour.

Please ensure that this matter is seen through. The whole City is watching. Half the work has been done which is wonderful but please follow through otherwise there's so little point. This is a real opportunity to make a difference

This person is not fit to act in an educational environment involving children/students. he should be removed from his position and arrested , given jail time and pay his fines. Defiance to the instructions of a court of law MUST be adressed.

Sad thing is that he is a headmaster of a school where parents entrust their children to learn right from wrong! The department of education should also come under fire here for employing these kind of people!

It was a very deliberate act of cruelty and therefore he must, at least, be forced to implement the programme. As far as his fine is concerned it is absolutely NO deterrent to others to carry out acts of cruelty.

Ensure the animal protection program is implemented as per part of the sentence passed down. Justice needs to be served and how can people take the law seriously if not followed through. The principal should have got jail time! The penality was not harsh enough
