What sort of example is this principle setting to the youth of his school!!! He should be fired and be given a heavier sentence or fine him more!!! God help us all if we think this sort of behavior by a so called member of society is acceptable!!!

Animals depend on humans to survive...They cant speak and they can't fend for them selves alone...breaks my heart knowing that this isn't the only type of case against animals
