Until the law is amended to classify animals as sentient beings, and not possessions and the accompanying infrastructure put in place, where police can be involved, as happens in some states in America, animals will continue without protection. This in a country that praises itself on its constitution!

How does a principle set an example by creating an environment of animal cruelty!teachers and headmasters are role models and should not create an environment of violence and abuse to either human or animal!disgusted at this unruly behavior !
