Please make the developer stick to their original plan. Intensification is one thing, but unless these new buildings are substantially for affordable housing and models of sustainability, this should not be allowed to be.

This project was sold to us as a managable development that would respect the density of our community. It seems that this was untrue from the start. How can we trust future developers and our own city when the promises they make are simply means to an end?
