Project bring back the classics-1: Sonic the hedgehog 16-bit is a petition with a cause, a cause to convince SEGA games manufacturers to produce a new Sonic the hedgehog video game in 16-bit format (as done in the SEGA megadrive home console) and release it onto current home consoles. Retro is in, and the orginal Sonic has always been in, it\'s originality stood out on it\'s release and still does today. Yes alright, it\'s physics and graphics are behind, but how does that explain is blatent brilliance from the second you hear the blast of: SEGA before the title screen. I could name 100 people who would go onto hands and knees to get their hands on a new 16-bit Sonic game, these 100 people are purley people I know....from England, I would bet my apendix that millions of gamers would love to see a new sonic 16-bit too. Because of today\'s high quality programming, a new Sonic would be a breeze and so could easily be a very long game and worth your (insert your normal priced games in your currency here) I\'m sure any true gamer has at least played on Sonic the hedgehog (16-bits) so please help fight for the good of man kind and sign my petition. I have already emailed SEGA to tell them i\'d be doing this if they didn\'t decide to produce a new 16-bit game and even if they agree to it, this will surely push them and help them realise, the retro\'s were the best, besides, won\'t you be glad to have been part of the construction of Sonic the hedgehog 4 Oh and dudes, i\'m not a console fanboy.
