Brendan should not be in prison. If anyone with half a brain would look at his so called confession, they would release him. You can tell he doesn't know what he is saying. It is scary to know that police would do trick a disabled child. Shame on the justice system.

This is so incredibly sad. I am ashamed of the lengths to which my state will go to to cover this up. It deeply saddens me that WI considers the lives of the Avery's to be disposable. I have trouble sleeping knowing this injustice exists. I'm not sure how those guilty can manage it.

Reasonable doubt throughout the case and no actual scientific evidence linking him to the crimes he has been convicted for. Give him true justice by having a new trial.

He deserves a new trial. I don't think when he stepped into that court room that the Jury represented his peers... He was doomed before the trial even started.

I am disgusted by all that I have seen. I cannot believe that anyone would find them guilty off the lack of evidence provided.

There there was more reasonable doubt presented in this case than I've ever heard before. I believe the jurors were afraid to be framed also.

Absolutely outraged and the laws need to be changed to prosecute law enforcement/district attorney/ first public defendant and judge in this case. This poor young man was manipulated and framed.

You can not lock away innocent men. You can not look at the evidence and not believe that law enforcement had something to do with this. It sickens me!!!

Free Avery and Dassey and jail the real criminals. Every one of the people responsible for allowing, contributing, and prosecuting this gross miscarriage of justice. I am referring to the manitowoc county court, police, and all town folk who didn't stop this travesty. You are ALL morally bankrupt and devoid of souls. If I had any hope in the justice system before this it is now certainly gone. I am scared for my own Liberty if people like this have the power to take it away.

I think Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey should have a new trial in a different county and that the same judge should not preside over it.

Innocent until proven guilty. The "evidence" that proves his guilt should have been tossed out. The coerced testimony, the phone call, the complete manipulation of the facts.

The actions of the Manitowoc police department has been deplorable and the Wisconsin state systems have been complicit in the cover up of their misdeeds. Please correct this miscarriage of justice.
