Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Inconsistent evidence. Motive of sheriffs office. Lying cops. Sad.

This boy is a victim of modern day interviewing tactics and bullying for a conviction

Steven Avery is innocent. The prosecution was a joke. Right this wrong.

Based on the documentary, Making a Murderer, it would seem that the prosecution failed to prove both Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey's cases beyond a reasonable doubt. Leaving aside any question of actual wrongdoing, finding both defendants guilty where there are so many question marks amounts to a blatant miscarriage of justice.

It is obvious that those who followed and were apart of this case feel very strongly that Steve and Brendan cases were handled in a very suspiciously. And should not be reopened but handled by different judges.

Watching all day and I cannot believe this happening in the United States of America. I dont mind if it is Russia, Saudi Arabia or China. This is common in those countries. But I cannot believe in what I have watched and heard. I believe that Justice is not blind.

Free steven and arrest every one of the crooked scumbags

not hearing the case is an outrage, your job is to keep the innocent free, not make the state look good!!!!!

These two men deserve a re-trial. This miscarriage of justice was more akin to a botched abortion of justice. Here in California I thought cops were crooked ... the state had to change it's image several times; just because you can hide in the backwoods of Wisconsin doesn't mean that no one is watching. Shame on you, Wisconsin. Governor, do your duty to the people & get these men another trial (preferably far away for the surrounding counties). K. Bentley-Scheick

If this documentry is correct, then im absolutley amazed about what kind of country you have.

After watching the series it's breaks my heart to see how broken the local justice system was so broken as to target a family rather then finding a real murderer like back in the 80's with with the man who assaulted that poor woman. Find the real murderer! Get to work and do the right thing!

I am signing this petition because I believe in anybody's innocence or guilt. I believe that these guys deserve a fair trial. That the justice system screwed up. Small town should not be so corrupt!

Europe calling! For the love of God at least give these people the chance of a fair trial (Brendan Dassey) & a chance to prove his potential innocence (Steven Avery)! I am utterly appalled by how these two have been treated & dread to think that the real murderer/s are still out there! Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?Where is the justice in this mess nevermind the true justice for Teresa Halbach & her family!?

This man is in no way guilty! !
