Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Dassey is clealy inncocent even if steven avery is not...the tape of his confession is enough evidence for even the dumbest of judges to throw that confession out of court! I am Bristish and can say hand on heart the US judical system is courrupt

It's clear that Brendan dassey is innocent and his story just fantasy. He needs to be freed. His treatment as a young man with a low iq is terrible. I can't say what happened but I can say his testimony should be thrown out. I think the long term harm that this is doing to Brendan must be overwhelming. He has such a long sentence and isn't clever enough to defend himself. There was no evidence that what he said in his statement was true and he was told what he had to write and draw. A complete injustice has been done. Also the evidence to convict Steven Avery is not there and I believe they both should be released. Is Steven receiving help with his mental state?

Wisconsin justice system is really screwed up. I feel sick watching the making of Dassey's false confessions. Those investigators and procecutors shall be procecuted. Just unbelievable.

I am amazed how people ignore The police's failure to follow protocol but everything else they dont. It doesnt make sense. Are all The ppl in that tomen braindead? They will never get a fair trial. I feel so sad for Avery and Dassey and their families. I do not doubt that the police killed that woman so that Dassey could not enjoy the compensation from his lawsuit. Smh

I urge you to strongly consider reexamination of this situation. I believe not only is there one victim, who was murdered but there are in fact three, the murder victim, Steven Avery, and his nephew.

THEY'RE INNOCENT

The documentary of Making a Murderer clearing shows how the investigators cohersed Brendan Dassey in what he had to say to be able go home. All the while knowing it was for his arrest for the murder. I do feel sorry for the young woman's family but really truely if anyone even her family has watched the interegation of Brendan. You would know in your heart he is innocent. I have a son that is slow and at 21 would not understand what is happening if he were interrogated alone or with a parent. And too see those investigators and the Manitowoc County Wisconsin, WI police use there authority in that manner is unjust. Even the judges as well as the federal court system who also denied Brendan's aquital, Brendan's first court appointed attorney, and any other law enforcement that were involved should be investigated. Brendan Dassey's life has been destroyed so easily and fast. How sad and scary to think this is our justice system. Makes me wonder does anyone really have a chance???? So very sad.

Free them both.

I watched the netflix documentary all evidence around proves steven and brendans innocence and how corrupted the justice system is. And how they neglect looking at actual evidence, you see how the justice system had it out for the avery family and its sad that the people we look at to serve and protect could do this to a family.

I have watched this in complete disbelief - Stephen Avery and Brendan Dassey have had nearly their entire lives taken away from them. What is the American justice system scared of - that they might be found (rightfully) innocent ?

New trial for both ASAP

The docu-series 'Making a Murderer' shines a glaring spotlight on the weaknesses and corruption of the US "justice" system. As a UK citizen, watching the unfair treatment of Steven Avery in both his trials appalls me. Furthermore, taking Brendan Dassey - a minor with limited intellectual capacity - out of school and interrogating him without legal representation or a guardian present would not stand in this country. A conflicting statement/confession obtained under police duress would not be used in a UK court. Tampered evidence, an in-county jury related to members of the county sheriff's dept., deliberately concealing evidence that would have freed Avery 8 years prior, the list goes on and on - scandalous. Wisconsin state, the world is watching: give these men a fair trial.

Please give them the fair trail they deserve.

I am Kim from the Netherlands, i just saw the hole documentary and i feel so sorry for Steven. I hope one day the truth will come out and it will set Steven free. I believe in his innocene. Take care Steven and don't loose faith. Kind regards, Kim van den Houten

He was a child with learning difficulties lead by cops that he trusted. I've worked closely with so many people with learning difficulties for years. My heart broke to see his confession and what happened to him. It's disgusting. I believe that Steven is innocent too, but the miscarriage of justice is worse in Brendan's case because he was and is especially vulnerable. He should be protected by the state, not have his freedoms taken away

Please help them.

Free Steve and Brendan. They are innocent.
